Product Description:
Olive, rosemary & lemon lamb shoulder – slow-braised overnight in our wood-fired pizza oven, pulled to perfection, and served with rich lamb gravy

Ingredients:
Lamb shoulder, olive, garlic, lemon, salt, pepper, ev olive oil, red wine, rosemary, lamb jus, soy sauce, parsley, oregano, chilli

Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Microwave: Remove plastic lid. Heat on high 5–6 min until hot
Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Remove lid and bake for 20 minutes, until heated through
Stovetop: Reheat slowly in a pot until hot

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with flatbreads, tzatziki and Greek salad
Pair with Ouzo
