Ingredients:
Lamb knuckles, deboned lamb leg, ginger, garlic, turmeric, cardamon, cloves, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, tomato, yoghurt, onion, paprika, chilli, lamb bone broth, coriander leaf, mint, potatoes
Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 160°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till warm through
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh coriander, tomato sambal & cucumber raita
Serve with a half loaf government bread
