Product Description:
Vegan version of the classic Burgundy casserole with portabellini, shitaki & dried porcini mushrooms in a red wine & tomato gravy with celery, carrots, pearl onions & fresh herbs

Ingredients:
Mushrooms, ev olive oil, carrot, celery, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, porcini stock, tomato, red wine, parsley

Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till warm through or reheat slowly in a pan on the stovetop

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
Serve with fettuccini pasta
