Product Description:
Slow braised Italian lamb shanks shredded into a rosemary gravy with potato gnocchi, parmesan cheese, olives & baby marrows

Ingredients:
Lamb shank, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, ev olive oil, salt, pepper, tomato, red wine, potato gnocchi, baby marrow, olives, parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, basil, rosemary, lamb bone broth, flour, corn flour

Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till cheese is golden & crispy

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley & grated lemon zest
Serve with a rocket salad
