Ingredients:
Franschhoek trout, onion, garlic, fennel, thyme, chives, parsley, dill, butter, white wine, cream, cornflour, capers, sun-dried tomato, courgettes, tomato paste, lemon, salt, pepper, sugar

Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; reheat slowly in a pot on the stovetop or in the microwave stirring every couple minutes; cook pasta of choice and mix with sauce

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley 
Serve with tagliatelle pasta
