Ingredients:
Free range chicken legs & thighs, red wine, chicken bone broth, mushrooms, pearl onions, pork lardons, salt, pepper, ev olive oil, butter, thyme, bay leaves, corn flour, parsley, lemon, brandy
Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till warm through
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh parsley
Serve with mashed potatoes
