Whole Swartland lamb cooked over a wood fired spit in a olive, rosemary, garlic & lemon gravy served with carrots, potatoes and baby onions.

Ingredients:
Lamb, lamb bone broth, garlic, lemon, ev olive oil, salt, pepper, corn flour, red wine, coriander seed, cumin, rosemary, olives, parsley

Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 160°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 15 minutes till warm through 

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
Serve with toasted pita bread, tzatziki & hummus
