Vegan textured soy protein and chickpeas in an aromatic tomato based sauce, spiced with cinnamon, cumin and smoked paprika. Finished with courgettes, cauliflower and coriander.

Ingredients:
Tomato, ginger, cinnamon, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, olive oil, mushroom stock, kelp, chickpeas, cauliflower, courgette, coriander, lemon, orange, carrots, mixed peppers.
Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 170°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 15 minutes till warm through or reheat slowly in a pot on the stovetop
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander
Serve with saffron cous cous
