Traditional South African bobotie with sultanas, raisins & flaked almonds topped with egg custard and bay leaves
Ingredients:
Beef mince, ginger, garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, curry spice mix, vinegar, lemon, salt, pepper, white bread, free range egg, milk, ev olive oil, chutney, apricot jam, raisons, sultanas, almonds, cream, bay leaves
Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Microwave: Remove plastic lid and open foil. Heat on high 5–6 min until hot
Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Remove lid and bake for 20 minutes, until heated through
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with Mrs. Balls Chutney
Serve with yellow rice & desiccated coconut
