Ingredients:
Biltong, gouda, parmesan, butter, flour, milk, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, panko crumbs, beef stock, brisket, corn flour
Heating Instructions:
Defrost: 20 minutes.
Deep Fry: Heat vegetable oil to 170°C. Fry croquettes for 2–3 minutes until golden.
Air Fry: Preheat air fryer. Cook for 8–10 minutes until golden and heated through.
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with sliced spring onion
Serve with tomato & chilli jam dipping sauce
