Free range deboned skin on chicken thighs in a Portuguese trinchado sauce with cream, mixed peppers, onion & parsley

Ingredients:
Free range deboned chicken thighs, Chippies Prego sauce, garlic, onion, lemon, ev olive oil, cream, salt, pepper, tomato, red wine, soy sauce, bay leaves, coriander

Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till warm through

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
Serve with a crisp Portuguese roll & side salad
Pair with Tokara Merlot
