Mexican-spiced beef steak mince slow-cooked in a rich paprika, tomato, and chipotle sauce with mixed peppers, red and black beans, and jalapeños.
Ingredients:
Beef mince, beef bone broth, onion, garlic, mixed peppers, ev olive oil, vegetable oil, black beans, red beans, cumin, salt, tomato, paprika, oregano, chilli, soy sauce, dark soy, tabasco, black pepper, jalapeño, coriander leaf
Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Microwave: Remove plastic lid. Heat on high 5–6 min until hot
Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Remove lid and bake for 20 minutes, until heated through
Stovetop: Reheat slowly in a pot until hot
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander
Serve with nacho chips, sour cream, guacamole & salsa
