Ingredients:
Free range chicken breast, coconut cream, onion, garlic, ginger, lemongrass, rocket, coriander, lime, corn flour, thai spice, green chilli, courgettes, soy sauce, broccoli, salt, pepper, palm sugar
Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till warm through or reheat slowly in a pot on the stovetop
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh coriander
