A comforting, mild curry made with tender minced beef, gentle spices, and a rich gravy, slow-cooked for a familiar, crowd-pleasing flavour with potatoes, beans, corn and peas
Ingredients:
Beef mince, beef bone broth, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, beans, peas, corn, potatoes, salt, pepper, tomato, curry spice, ginger, soy sauce, chutney, apricot jam, sugar, turmeric, cinnamon
Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Microwave: Remove plastic lid and open foil. Heat on high 5–6 min until hot
Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Remove lid. Bake for 20 minutes till warm through
Stovetop: Reheat slowly in a pot until hot
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh Mrs. Balls Chutney
Serve with basmati rice or a vetkoek
