Ingredients:
Onion, garlic, aubergine, ev olive oil, tomato, basil, vegan parmesan, notzarella, carrot, celery, thyme, salt, pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, cumin, lentils
Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till warm through and cheese is melted. Grill for 2 minutes to crisp
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh basil
Serve with tagliatelle pasta
