Overnight braised lamb shoulder shredded with black olives, capers & Italian parsley

Ingredients:
Lamb, tomato, onion, capers, olives, salt, pepper, parsley, basil, ev olive oil, garlic, red wine, lamb bone broth, rosemary

Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; reheat slowly in a pot on the stovetop or in the microwave stirring every couple minutes; cook pasta of choice and mix with sauce

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with shaved parmesan
Serve with penne pasta
