Slow cooked beef shin & goulash in a rich bone broth & red wine gravy with mushrooms, pearl onions & carrots flavoured with garlic & thyme

Ingredients:
Beef shin & goulash, red wine, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, carrots, celery, ev olive oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, flour, egg, thyme, tomato, butter, beef bone broth, puff pastry

Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till pastry is golden & crispy

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with all gold tomato sauce ;-)
Serve with roast butternut & spinach
