Product Description:
Tender free range chicken breast cubes marinated in turmeric, ginger and tamarind, grilled to perfection, and served with a rich, coconut cream peanut sauce and baby marrows
Ingredients:
Chicken breast, baby marrow, garlic, ginger, chilli, lemongrass, lime, coconut cream, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, palm sugar, tamarind, salt, peanuts
Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Microwave: Remove plastic lid and open foil. Heat on high 5–6 min until hot
Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Remove lid. Bake for 20 minutes till warm through
Stovetop: Reheat slowly in a pot until hot
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh coriander
