Ingredients:
Chocolate, vanilla essence, eggs, butter, flour, cocoa powder, sugar, spray & cook

Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Oven: Preheat to 200°C. Remove lid and bake for 4 minutes

Serving Suggestions:
Serve with vanilla ice cream & raspberry coulis
