Free range chicken leg & thighs cooked in a duck fat confit with rustic pork sausages, tomatoes, fresh herbs & white beans

Ingredients:
Free range chicken legs & thighs, pork sausages, duck fat, white beans, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, parsley, beef & chicken bone broth, tomatoes, thyme, bay leaves, citrus, salt, pepper, ev olive oil

Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till warm through or reheat slowly in a pan on the stovetop

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
