Pork shoulder smoked low & slow for 12 hours then pulled with home made bbq sauce
Ingredients:
Pork shoulder, Guy's secret spice mix, chutney, tomato sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, tabasco, brown sugar, apricot jam, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mixed herbs
Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; reheat in microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and then another 2 minutes
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with taco & slaw or sesame burgers rolls & slaw
