Product Description:
Pork shoulder, smoked low and slow for 12 hours, then pulled and tossed in a rich homemade BBQ sauce
Ingredients:
Pork shoulder, Guy's secret spice mix, chutney, tomato sauce, vinegar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, tabasco, brown sugar, apricot jam, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, mixed herbs
Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Microwave: Remove plastic lid. Heat on high 5–6 min until hot
Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Remove lid and bake for 20 minutes, until heated through
Stovetop: Reheat slowly in a pot until hot
Serving Suggestions:
Serve with taco & slaw
