Product Description:
A comforting, mild curry made with tender minced beef, gentle spices, and a rich gravy, slow-cooked for a familiar, crowd-pleasing flavour with potatoes, beans, corn and peas
Ingredients:
Beef mince, beef stock, soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, green beans, peas, corn, potatoes, rajah curry powder, garam masala, turmeric, cinnamon, red wine vinegar, apricot jam, mrs. balls chutney
Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Microwave: Remove plastic lid and open foil. Heat on high 5–6 min until hot
Oven: Preheat to 180°C. Remove lid. Bake for 20 minutes till warm through
Stovetop: Reheat slowly in a pot until hot
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh Mrs. Balls Chutney
Serve with basmati rice or a vetkoek
