Free range chicken breast, bacon, feta, camembert, mozzarella, cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, onion, butter, vegetable oil, ev olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, almonds, pine nuts, parmesan, basil, white wine, mushrooms, spinach, flour, thyme, nutmeg, milk, cream, soy sauce

Heating Instructions:
Defrost: Overnight in the fridge
Oven: Preheat to 170°C. Remove lid and bake for 16 minutes, until heated through 

Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley
