Vegan version of the classic Mexican chilli made with red, yellow & green peppers, red kidney beans & black beans in a tomato based sauce spiced with cumin, coriander, chilli & paprika finished with fresh coriander
Ingredients:
Mixed peppers, black beans, red beans, onion, garlic, celery, carrots, ginger, cumin, coriander, chilli, paprika, tomato, salt, pepper, soy sauce, ev olive oil
Heating Instructions:
Defrost overnight in fridge; preheat oven to 180°C; remove plastic lid; bake for 20 minutes till warm through or reheat slowly in a pot on the stovetop
Serving Suggestions:
Garnish with fresh chopped coriander
Serve with crispy nacho chips or taco\s
